UNIFORMLY FUNNY

True stories from the ones who served. The funnier, the better.

Built for the funny part of service.

Uniformly Funny collects true, original stories from the men and women who served in the United States military — and from family members trusted to tell those stories with permission. We’re looking beyond polished war stories: the strange orders, terrible timing, inspired pranks, busted plans, and moments of accidental genius that get passed around for years. Selected stories will appear in a printed, distributed book.

How It Works

Step 1 — Tell your story. Share your funniest true story, 200 to 1,500 words, through the submission form. No account needed.

Step 2 — Our panel reads every entry. Invited panelists judge on one thing: how funny it is. No public voting, no popularity contest.

Step 3 — Winners get published. Cash prizes, and the best stories go into the printed book, Volume 1.

VOLUME ONE — Entries open September 24, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Winners announced January 15, 2027.
